🛍️ Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse our collection of women’s bags on bookenp.com, select your favorite item, and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly (within 1–3 business days), so changes or cancellations are not always possible. If you need help, contact us immediately at sophialevire@gmx.net.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only within Poland.

How long does delivery take?

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external conditions.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

My order is delayed—what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

What do you sell?
Bookenp specializes in women’s bags designed for everyday use, fashion, travel, and special occasions.

Are product images accurate?
We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur depending on screen settings.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Please email us at sophialevire@gmx.net to request a return. We will provide instructions and return details.

Can I return sale items?
No. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to your original payment method.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please contact us immediately with your order details and photos. We will review the issue and arrange a solution.
